Paddlefit is a healthy fun fitness lifestyle.... Outdoor fitness training that will help achieve your paddling and fitness goals. This is the newest trend!!!!! Get to be outdoors on the water while having fun in the sun. We start off with a 20 min warm up paddle to the beach where we pull our boards up on land to do a 20 min circuit training using excersies that focus on arms, legs, and abs. Finish off with a nice paddle back with some stretching and yoga!! It's a great 75 min workout that you will see results right away. Paddleboarding is a form of yoga where you use control and core!! It's a great way to relive stress and bring balance into your life. Do something fun and different that's is healthy and good for your mind, body and soul.

Our classes require a minimum of 4 students, we will call you if the class has to be cancelled if we don’t have enough students. Please feel free to contact me as well to confirm the class. Reserve your time on the website and pay in the shop when your arrive.
